Chocolate is getting the five-star treatment: Each bag here, dreamed up by famed chef Thomas Keller and olive oil producer Armando Manni, has 17.6 ounces of little chocolatey pieces inside. It’s all made with single-estate cocoa beans and extra-virgin olive oil. (Fun fact: The EVOO gives it an ultra-smooth texture and an extra boost of antioxidants.) There’s three flavors to snap up—Blended Dark, Dark Milk Waslala, and Milk Hacienda Victoria. We love them for baking, but we won’t tell if you snack on ‘em too.
- 77% Blended Dark: Bright with floral notes and savory overtones, it has a rich and velvety texture. Pair it with citrus, passionfruit, ginger, toasted hazelnuts, coffee, or mascarpone.
- 53% Dark Milk Waslala: This one is nuanced, straddling the line between milk and dark chocolate. We love it with banana, peanut, chili, and salted popcorn.
- 49% Milk Hacienda Victoria: It’s rich and full-flavored with a creamy finish. Try it with roasted pear, ricotta cheese, nuts, black pepper, and Maldon salt.
