Expect grate things.
We’ve seen ginger graters aplenty, sure, but what about one that holds the minced root for you, too? This handy stainless-steel number doubles as a little tray and lies flat on your work surface so you can go to town scraping garlic, turmeric, or shallots to your heart’s content. Once you’re through, just toss it in the dishwasher for an easy clean.

Really pretty, but a little hard to use
It's very sleek in design and very small, so it makes for easy storage.
It works great for grating ginger.
However, it's a little awkward to hold due to its small size, I always end up with ginger on the hand I'm using to hold it with. Even though it does lay on the table, there's nothing preventing it from sliding around, so you do really need to grip it.
