The set for all seasons.
In beechwood and stainless steel, this sleek little set is primed to be the star couple of your countertop or table scene. A grind-control knob atop the peppermill lets you go super-fine to crunchy-coarse (hey, to each their own). If you want to mix things up, you can even include coriander seeds and pink peppercorns. The salt grinder is perfect for larger crystals when you need a little extra crunch atop your chocolate chip cookies or OK, salads, too.

Peugeot
France
Peugeot is nearly synonymous with peppermill. The classic French brand has been making the highest-quality mills since 1840. We keep the iconic design (loved by professional chefs and home cooks alike) around in our own kitchens—an extra sprinkling of pepper is never a bad thing!

Pretty & Pretty Good
It does the job but you have to constantly clean up after them. The grinds always come out of the bottom.
Disappointing
It is so hard to find grinders that are both well designed and well made. I often find they look good, but don’t perform as well as they should and break quickly. the frustrating thing about these is that there is no distinction between the pepper and salt. Usually there is a way to distinguish one from the other with either a “p” or an “s” engraved somewhere on the top or bottom. The only way you can tell is if you look underneath at the mechanism itself or use trial and error to grind and see what comes out. I expected more from a company that is so well known for its grinders and shakers. The grinders are good looking, but they aren’t very strong in their grinding action. Overall they are disappointing and my search continues.
