Easy, like Sunday morning.
An independent, sibling-owned coffee company in San Francisco, Sightglass sources all of their coffees directly from where they’re grown. And their small-production methods and attention to detail (every batch roasted gets a sniff test to make sure it’s perfect) totally show in their whole bean blends. Their “Blueboon” is known for being an all-around crowd pleaser with notes of milk chocolate and plum while their “Owl’s Hoot” espresso offers citrusy tang and a honeyed depth.
