A time to keep.
How do we love these classic French designs? You’d have to pull up a chair to get the full answer, but for now, let’s just say there’s something magical about Burgundy clay. This set of three (a casserole, roasting dish, and stew pot) takes us back to Emile Henry’s early days—literally. They’re one of the first styles he ever dreamed up in the late 1850s. So cozy up with an old-world beef stew or maybe a hearty lentil soup and watch them cook effortlessly on the stovetop or in the oven. Oh, and cleanup? A little soapy water and you’re done.
