Jam session.
The toast of the breakfast club (get it?) this jam is made in very small batches from the farm's Bluecrop variety berries. With only a titch of sugar (the blueberries bring their own sweetness, thank you very much), the flavor also gets a little boost from cardamom and lemon, making it an instant BFF for pancakes, scones, and yes, even frosting.

Bow Hill Blueberries
Bow, WA
One of the oldest farms of its kind, Bow Hill Blueberries has been cultivating this plucky berry since 1947. Today the legacy is continued by a family of four, managing everything from farming the 4500 bushes to packaging their tantalizingly tart, just-harvested goodness for sweet and savory fans alike.
