NO! this is NOT bark in any sense.
I was very surprised to open the box, taste the chocolate and literally spit it out. I depend on FOOD 52 for the best products. This chocolate is awful and definitely NOT bark.
Gross
Not good. We sampled each and ended up throwing them away. The limoncello pistahio tased like lemon pledge. The tiramisu and caramel hazelnut sea salt were too soft textured and flavor just wasn't there. Don't waste your money.
