Coffee for all seasons.
Take your coffee basically anywhere in this reusable double-walled glass bottle. It features a stainless steel filter that lets you easily brew hot or cold coffee right in the bottle—plus a sturdy cap that keeps everything where it belongs. Here's how to use it:
For making pour over coffee: Use 2 heaping tablespoons (or 20 grams) of medium-fine ground coffee and 12 ounces of 205 degree F water. Pour water in a circular motion over grounds to saturate them evenly, let drain and repeat. Brewing process should take 2.5 to 3 minutes. Your coffee will stay hot for roughly 1-1.5 hours due to the double-walled glass walls.
For making cold brew: Fill bottle with 10 ounces of room temperature water, and fill filter with 4 heaping tablespoons (or 60 grams) of coarse ground coffee. Place filter into the water, screw on cap, and place in fridge to steep for 12 to 16 hours. After steeping, remove filter, add in any milk or sugar, replace cap, and enjoy.
