Homegrown blossoms? Don’t mind if we do.
Succulents and fig trees are a common (and welcome) sight in homes these days, but how many of us have attempted growing flowers indoors lately? It’s not as tricky as you might think—especially with these self-watering kits. Inside each glass jar is a “wicking” hydroponic system that brings water up to the plant’s roots, cushioned amongst a recycled glass grow medium. The flowers bloom within 2 to 3 months, and the jars are reusable for the following year’s growing season (though zinnias keep growing for several seasons). The best part? Continuous harvesting of your blooms will extend their life and encourage them to grow back even thicker. You’re basically required to have fresh-cut flowers, so say hello to the freshest bouquets, grown right at home! Pair with our basil, cilantro, and parsley herb jars to complete the collection.
Curious about how easy self-watering kits are? Read on, dear friend, read on.
