You know EVOO, but do you know EVCB? Yes, we’re talking about extra-virgin chocolate bars—made by combining single-origin cocoa beans and organic extra-virgin olive oil. Created by chef Thomas Keller, olive oil producer Armando Manni, and chocolatier Chi Bui, they have EVOO in place of cocoa butter, which gives the chocolate a super-silky texture, boosts antioxidant levels, and reveals the more nuanced flavors in the cacao. Another thing that sets 'em apart? They're made with varying amounts of milk, so you can really enjoy the cacao and the difference in taste that the milk imparts.
- Ecuadorian Tasting Flight: Three bars—milk, dark milk, and dark—made with beans sourced from Ecuador.
- Nicaraguan Tasting Flight: Three bars—milk, dark milk, and dark—but with beans from Nicaragua.
- Gift Box: Four bars (one milk and one dark from both Ecuador and Nicaragua).
- Holiday 4-Pack: One each of Milk Coffee + Sea Salt, Milk Cocoa Nibs, Milk Winter Spice, and Dark Peppermint.
- Holiday Sampler: One each of Dark Madagascar, Dark Milk Ecuador, Milk Nicaragua, and Dark Citrus.
