The cutlery that launched an empire.
This carving set is part of the Fjord collection of cutlery, designed in the mid-1950s, that would launch the Danish designer Jens Quistgaard to international fame and eventually lead to the birth of Dansk Designs, with Quistgaard as chief designer. The Fjord line was the first cutlery set to combine stainless steel with teak handles, and has proven itself a timeless addition to the table some 60 years later. This carving knife and fork set is the one you’re going to pass down from generation to generation, and the only one that’ll do for special-occasion roasts.
