We're serious about the safety of our pies. You should be too.
Unfortunately, pie insurance doesn't exist yet. (Someday...) Enter the PieBox (the next best thing): a handcrafted, reusable raw pine box designed to safely and stylishly transport your pies. And to make it extra handy, you can opt for including the leather strap, which loops around the box for easy toting.
When we first launched the PieBox, we thought it was pretty much perfect. So did a lot of you! Including one very thoughtful husband who gifted a box to his wife, who happened to be the New York Times baking guru herself: Melissa Clark. Turned out the PieBox was no match for Melissa's expansive pie plate collection and some of her plates were too big!
So we've got an even better, bigger version, so that no pie gets left behind. The new PieBox is sized to fit almost any pie plate (including 9" Pyrex, Anchor, and fluted Emile Henry plates, to name a few). The fresh pie pictured here (unfortunately) is not included, but get this one in the oven right away!
