Good food has always been central to Sarah Kaeck's home life in Vermont: her family life revolves around the garden and kitchen. All that cooking translated to food that needed to be kept fresh, and she wasn't about to get on board with any old plastic wrap. So she took fabric, coated it with beeswax, and found the viable alternative. We've never been so excited to store our food.
