Best all-round.
This unique, round butcher block board keeps the earth in mind: The wood used in Proteak’s boards is harvested from FSC-certified plantations, and is leftover from making furniture. Endgrain (made by cutting wood against the grain, like slices of a tree trunk that expose the rings) is naturally resistant to knife scarring, and teak itself has natural oils that keep it resistant to moisture. We’re using this heavy butcher block beauty as a pizza board, cheese tray, or a countertop spot to group special oils and vinegars.
