Something's fishy, and we like it.
BLiS collaborated with Red Boat Fish Sauce to barrel age their premium fish sauce for more than 7 months in bourbon barrels. This Red Boat sauce is the gold standard of its kind—made from only two ingredients—anchovies from the coast of Vietnam and sea salt. Barrel aging the sauce gives it a uniquely sweet and smoky taste that mellows out the fishiness and adds a nuance of umami to any dish.

What ever I have tried from this company has been great..hi quality attention to great taste..you will be happy .
yum
I brushed it on some boneless ribeye steaks before sprinkling them with toasted and ground Szechuan peppercorns and sea salt. Then we barbecued them carefully over coals. The taste was mild but distinctive. We have also used it in a Thai noodle sauce, but I think it got a little lost. This sauce is excellent, but we will reserve it for special occasions!
